The hotel was nice, and all the staff were super nice and helpful! I was never disturbed neither with the cleaning service, even though I left the room quite late every day. The hotel is almost right next to Gran Via, and three different metro stations are all nearby. There is also a restaurant right next to the hotel, with very cheap prices and good meals.

Perfect location for metro and in my case just walking about. It has a place for breakfast but is close to many local businesses serving breakfast very cheaply, inside or in the fresh air. Staff polite and efficient. Room very clean. Easy to find... a bonus if you are dragging your suitcase around a foreign city.

The location was central and near to shopping and attractions. The hotel cafe Bon Appetit was open early to late 7dys and the food was great with a variety of items on the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was clean and serviced daily.
